Food Festival 2023

"Chef's Melange" event was organized by department of Hotel management on 8^th August 2023. Event started with best culinary demonstration by Chef Arun Nair and Chef Dhrumil Mody followed by Mr. Mathew Kordolia a famous vlogger "hungry simon loves food" who interacted with students on alternate career options in culinary.
Event was a great success with the industry experts, active participation of hospitality students, guidance from Dr. Suvarna Sathe (Acting Registrar TMV & HOD-Department of Hotel Management) and organizers who worked relentlessly for the success of the event.
