Introduction To acquaint students with cookery subject and enable them to start a small catering unit.


Eligibility 10th Pass .


Duration 3 Months.


Timing Twice a Week .


Syllabus Regional cooking - Cooking from different states with reference to Geographical location, Historical background, Seasonal availability of raw material and Special equipments used.


Following would be the states – staple diet and popular food preparations covered Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Bengal, Rajasthan, Lucknow, Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Goa and Kashmir.
