Regional cooking - Cooking from different states with reference to Geographical location, Historical background, Seasonal availability of raw material and Special equipments used.

Following would be the states – staple diet and popular food preparations covered

Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Bengal, Rajasthan, Lucknow, Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Goa and Kashmir.
